Change the white area of the page to use more space

In 'UI\Content\theme.css', change the max-width property of the .started #page element to 90%.

In my opinion, this is much more aesthetically pleasing as it uses much more of the wasted space on the page, allows more space for the elements of the tables thus removing the need for them to use more than one line, and makes the site a little more responsive when resizing the window or using a smaller screen.

I'm all for increasing it a bit, but 90% doesn't look real good for people with high resolution screens. It's just too overly strechted out then...

This blanket change causes issues with high-res screens and the current responsive set-up. I don't think we'll be doing it, even as a stop-gap, before rebuilding the entire UI from scratch.
