Delay torrents in favor of usenet

I'd like to be able to tell it not to search torrent sites for an episode until x minutes have passed. So my usenet gets used normally even if the torrent is available a few minutes sooner. Maybe you could make delay a song per provider soon to make sure we use private trackers first to

This seems to be a dupe of: http://feathub.com/SickRage/SickRage/+208

I would like to propose a different solution with the same effect: Allow search providers to be configured as "backup" providers, similar to how sabnzbd lets servers be configured as "backup." When searching for files, SR will first use "main" (not backup) search providers. If all main provider searches fail, begin searching via "backup" providers. You can then extend this to add a configurable delay before switching from "main" to "backup" providers.

This method will add more user flexibility, especially when considering torrent trackers with ratio requirements, rather than simple usenet vs torrent prioritization.

Sonarr has this (Settings -> Profiles -> Advanced Settings - Shown -> Delay Profiles). I hope SR will implement it, too.

This would be an awesome feature to have. Often the UNS download just need a few hours room to complete. I would prefer it for SR not to start hitting the torrents until then.
