Tone down the visibility of destroyed buildings

Especially in situations where you're under heavy attack and losing a lot of buildings fast, it becomes hard to see what is and isn't destroyed due to destroyed buildings leaving a semi-transparent sprite behind. Toning down the alpha of the left-behind sprites and/or having the sprites time out faster would be great.

Having different hue shifts for buildings you're building and which have been destroyed would help a lot.

Also, building over top of destroyed building locations should clear them.
