||the minigun we have right now has such a huge spray that its pretty shit. if you change it to have a tighter spread, keep the RoF ramp up, and lower the damage to much less, then i think it would be more viable. Mayeb even more minigun types like a Gatling Laser or a Vulcan that has a, instant RoF ramp up, but does less damage and chews through ammo
||Basic Tomes Redone
||Fire Spray, as i see it, has two different ways it can go should it get reworked.
1) Fire Spray can be similar projectiles like it has now, but they have a MUCH tighter spray with a longer reach, like a flame thrower. It would have a lower mana cost with less damage as it would be mainly for lighting people on fire for the DoT.
2) Much like the Cult Tome, it would make a spread of fire tiles up to like 5 tiles out, with the range lowering with the lower your mana is. This would be fore area of denial or setting people on fire.
These changes to Fire Spray would make it great for unarmored opponents
Ice Spray should be turned into something like a shotgun, with it summoning a few icicles that have a low spread and long range, with it weakening the longer it flies like a normal shotgun. These icicles should have AP properties and be used for armored opponents in a close range for maximum damage.
Shock Spray, like Fire Spray, has 2 forms i think it could work with.
1) a Chain Lightning style spell that leaps to multiple targets with its damage falling off for each consecutive target hit.
2) a single, high power, bolt that can leave the target stunned for a few seconds on a small proc chance like a stun enchant. It would have a higher cooldown and mana cost.
the Plasma Tomes are nice, but they should have fire or bomb attatched to them to fit more with the theme of plasma being used as a fuel/bomb component. The normal tome could keep the spray, but the true tome should be like a fireball, but with a large aoe like a grenade.
Fireball is fineish, but it should have a small aoe to better fit in with more mainstream interpretations to it as a spell with an AoE.
||The one thing i feel wizards seem to be missing is a more long range alternative to magical spells that will make use of their magic stats.
I was thinking we could get one magic gun for each type of gun.
A revolver type that will drain your mana in 6 shots
A pistol type with 12 shots
A bolt action rifle type that has super long range and only has 4-5 shots
an assault rifle type with maybe 20 shots
A SMG type that has a high rate of fire, but lower base damage
A shotgun type that has 5 shots win a shotgun spread like a 12g
I just feel like magical guns would be cool as heck
||Belt Pouch for Shells
||The main hurdle for using shotguns(other than being outranged by most gun toting mobs) is having to juggle your inventory just to pull out more shells. A belt pouch that could hold up to 2 boxes worth of ammo would be great for shotgunners so that we can easily pull out ammo on the fly. Much like the quiver for the arrows, i think it would be really easy for this shotgun shell pouch to be implemented with minor editing. this way we can pull out a single shell, or up to 5 with the ALT Click.
||Capitalist Ammo Restockers
||I was thinking, that maybe we could get a new restocker type where you have to pay for each bullet that is restocked all at once when the mag is refilled up until you have no more money. like if you have a mag that can hold 50 bullets, but only 25 are in there, then you only have to pay for 25 new bullets rather than paying for the whole new mag. the same could be used for Cells witha value attatched to each point of power. so it would be more expensive to refill a Bluespace Cell than a normal one
