Another feature that would pair really well with this is a flag that can be added to ship blueprints that prevents them from naturally spawning, so that they would only be spawnable through launchers.

For example, a missile with a shotgun death burst would shoot out a shotgun blast instead of exploding. Another example could be armor blocks that release shockwaves when they are destroyed.

This is something I've been wanting for years and it shocked me that this wasn't in the base game. This could also be a command flag that is applied to specific "hunter" ships.
Akaito/reassembly-ai-mod-example Grown blocks on launchers can grow launched blocks 2 Missiles, commands, drones, etc can grow their own missiles or blocks while not launched, but they don't launch them. This could be optional or something but it would open up a lot of possibilities

Akaito/reassembly-ai-mod-example Proper Campaign Features I think the main thing that's lacking in campaign mode is goals. The enemy factions don't really have a goal besides defending their predefined territory. Having an active enemy force that sends ships at you or other factions would add so much depth. Would also be cool if your faction sent ships as well to invade other factions and claim territory. 9 months ago
