Make .prefix work no matter what the current prefix is

As of now, if you type .prefix with no parameters it tells you what's the current prefix for the server. However, in order to use it you need to remember what's the prefix in the first place (meaning if the prefix is -, you need to type -prefix; since .prefix will return nothing), which makes this behavior kind of useless.

I suggest making the default command .prefix (with a dot) work always no matter what the current prefix is, so if you don't know or forgot the prefix for the current server you can still use the command to see it.
