Implement (better) support for "Nearby Enemies take increased/more Physical Damage"

  1. The fossil mod "Nearby Enemies take 9% increased Physical Damage" is currently not supported at all.
  2. Pride only has basic support at the moment; there's no way to see how much more damage the enemy takes if they spend more time inside the range (this needs a configuration dial).
