Add more sorting methods for tree nodes and items

Sorting by average damage is helpful for e.g. stun builds (especially now that endgame bosses are expected to have more life) and, as of right now, trigger-based builds that bypass cast speed.

Sorting by attack speed and cast speed is helpful for builds that rely on procced effects, including the ramp-up of Virulence stacks for HoAg.

I also propose a new metric: crit rate, which is (attack speed × effective crit chance). This is useful for CoC builds as well as gauging the effectiveness of Elemental Overload upkeep and Pathfinder's Master Surgeon.
