Ignored Deleted Quality

For seedbox's this would be useful.

If you download something at the quality of cam, you dont want it to keep re-downloading cam's over and over on a seedbox until a better quality comes out. So when a cam is downloaded, only download the next quality or higher on the list. Once cut-off has been met, stop downloading completely.

You can't use Ignore Deleted Files because on a seedbox, it has limited space and you cant store everything on the seedbox. So you are constantly deleting the files off the seedbox, which makes radarr think that it is missing, so it redownloads the file.

Example:

You want the following:

Cam, TS, DVD, BR - 1080P - Cut-Off

You get a TS, so now it ONLY searches for:

DVD, BR - 1080P - Cut-Off

I think this would be really usefull in any situation where bandwidth is an issue, or where you are not storing on the same machine as radarr is located.
