If you have for example, Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare, which is the official title of the movie, but the movie is also known as: (A Nightmare on Elm Street 6: The Final Nightmare, A Nightmare on Elm Street 6: Freddy's Dead, Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare, Freddy's Dead - The Final Nightmare and A Nightmare on Elm Street 6 - Freddy's Dead - The Final Nightmare.)

The option to choose which naming scheme you'd like to go with would be excellent

and keep it consistent..

right now, when you import a movie from a list.. it is possible that radarr uses one title for the movie in radarr.. and another title for the movie folder it expects..

so i had to go manually change the movie folder ... its not a big deal.. but its confusing.

I've asked for this on GitHub as well but in a different context. I was basically told that titles come from the primary title used on TMDB and Radarr doesn't make any decisions about that. It would be very nice if alternate and international titles could be selected when adding movies.

FYI the competition (SofaSpud?) does allow this.
