Make the 'Do you want to logout' box similar to the login box style

1) Make the login and logout box more consistent in terms of style and colours. 2) As Maximm07 noticed, on the logout box, hovering over 'Yes' or 'No' brings up the text cursor instead of the mouse pointer.
