Add support for grafana auth.proxy login

auth.proxy relies on the webserver to do the auth and then pass the username authenticated in a header. You can choose the header name, X-WEBAUTH-USER is the default

Grafana has a config variable that allows you to auto add user if they dont exist and set the default user group

Yes this is a popular option for using reverse proxy based authentication, The service should not be reachable from any thing else.
