Muted chats being counted in the unread badge is annoying to me.
Describe the solution you'd like
I saw that it was "intended that way, kinda like telegram desktop does", and Telegram Desktop has a checkbox for that under Notification > Badge counter. I'd then leave that unchecked and be happy.
